    • Own the full content and knowledge management lifecycle for NJSLEDS, a statewide education data system serving 600+ school districts

    • Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base—FAQs, walkthroughs, guides, checklists—to reduce support volume and drive district self-sufficiency

    • Own and operate the NJSLEDS public website end-to-end: CMS, HTML/CSS, ADA compliance, content architecture, and navigation design.

    • Use Claude, ChatGPT, and NotebookLM daily as core infrastructure for drafting, prototyping, analyzing data patterns, and generating content at scale

    • Develop custom VBA automation tools translating complex business rules into user-friendly solutions

    • Design and deliver training webinars with an edutainment approach—decks, scripts, recordings, and iteration based on data and feedback
